Warranty
A written warranty on labour and parts
Our warranty is written on the invoice with the part number, the date of work and its period — not a verbal promise. The period depends on the part and the job. Here are the details honestly, including what it does not cover.
What the warranty covers
- Labour — any fault arising from how the work was carried out
- Parts we supply — against manufacturing defects and premature leakage
- The same fault in the same location within the warranty period
- Calibration and resets associated with the warranted work
What it does not cover
- A part supplied by the customer — we fit it and warrant the labour only
- A failure in a different component unrelated to the work performed
- Damage from an accident, impact or third-party modification
- Damage from ignoring written advice noted on the invoice
- Normal consumables such as filters and oils
How to use the warranty
- Contact us
Call or message us on WhatsApp describing the problem.
- Bring the invoice
The invoice number is enough — we keep a record of every job.
- We inspect and determine
If the fault falls under warranty, the repair is free. If the cause is something else, we tell you straight and quote you.
