Auto Electrical Diagnosis & Repair
Electrical faults are the hardest because the symptom is usually far from the cause. A suspension warning can come from a corroded earth point, and a battery that dies every two days can be a module that never sleeps. We diagnose electrics by measurement, not guesswork — multimeter, oscilloscope and parasitic drain testing.
Faults we handle
- Parasitic drain flattening the battery
- CAN bus faults and lost communication between modules
- Alternator, starter and charging system diagnosis
- Cracked and corroded wiring, especially at door hinge looms
- Lighting, xenon and LED module faults
- Remote key, immobiliser and security system issues
- Window, seat and sunroof motor faults
How we work
We measure before we open anything. Proper electrical diagnosis starts from the factory wiring diagrams, testing voltage and resistance at defined points to narrow the circuit before any disassembly.
From inspection to handover
Measure first
Multimeter, oscilloscope and factory wiring diagrams.
Isolate the fault
Narrow the circuit before touching a single connector.
Repair
Proper repair — soldered and sealed, not taped.
Test
Full circuit test after repair.
Frequently Asked Questions
My battery dies every two days — why?
Usually parasitic drain: a module that never enters sleep mode. We measure the drain after lockdown and pull fuses one at a time to isolate the circuit. The test takes two to four hours.
Do you repair wiring harnesses or must they be replaced?
Most are repairable — soldered joints, heat shrink and proper sealing. Full harness replacement is rarely necessary and very expensive.
