Hydraulic & Air Suspension Repair in Kuwait
A hydraulic strut is not one part — it is a system: air spring, internal damper, compressor, valve block, ride-height sensors and a control module. Most garages see a car sitting low and quote you a full strut at dealer prices. We start with diagnosis: we read the suspension module codes, pressure-test the system, and identify exactly which component failed. In more than half the cars we see, the fault is an air spring or a valve — repairable for a fraction of a full replacement.

How we diagnose hydraulic suspension
No guesswork. We connect the brand-specific diagnostic tool, read the air suspension control module directly, then pressure-test the system to locate the leak.
- Read suspension control module codes (EAS / Airmatic / EHC / PASM depending on brand)
- Compare all four ride-height sensor readings against reference values
- Pressure-test air springs, lines and quick-connect fittings
- Measure compressor fill time and current draw to catch weakness early
- Inspect the valve block and its internal seals
- Road test and electronic ride-height calibration after repair
Hydraulic strut sales and rebuilds
We don't only repair — we sell and rebuild too. We carry struts, compressors and valve blocks for German and American cars, and every part we fit is calibrated with the tool. If your strut can be rebuilt, we rebuild it instead of you buying new.
- New hydraulic struts: genuine, OEM or trusted aftermarket
- Rebuilding original struts (new air spring and seals, keeping a healthy damper)
- Pumps, compressors and air dryers
- Valve blocks and ride-height sensors
- Fitting and calibration here — or ask about the part only on WhatsApp
Faults we repair
Most faults repeat in predictable patterns by model, so we stock the fastest-moving parts for German and American vehicles.
- Air spring leaks (cracked rubber or corroded crimp ring)
- Weak or burnt compressor, failed compressor relay
- Internal valve block leak causing one corner to sag
- Broken ride-height sensor or detached sensor linkage
- Air line leaks at the quick-connect fittings
- Moisture-saturated air dryer destroying the compressor
- Weak internal damper causing float even when ride height is correct
Repair or replace? How we decide
Simple rule: we repair when the repair delivers a service life close to new, and we replace when the strut body itself is tired. Either way you get both prices before we start.
- Cracked air spring, healthy damper → replace the spring only
- Damper leaking oil → the complete strut needs replacing
- Compressor weakened by an untreated leak → fix the leak first, then assess the compressor
- Internally leaking valve block → a seal kit is usually enough
The parts we fit
Three tiers, and you choose after we explain the difference: genuine dealer parts, OEM from the same manufacturer that supplies the dealer (Wabco, Continental, Dunlop, Vibracoustic), or a trusted aftermarket brand such as Arnott or Bilstein. We never fit an unbranded part.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does hydraulic suspension repair cost in Kuwait?
It depends on the fault, the model and the part tier. Replacing an air spring or repairing a valve block costs far less than a complete strut. Inspection here is free, and after it you get a repair price and a replacement price before any work begins.
Do you sell hydraulic struts?
Yes — we sell, rebuild and repair. We carry struts and pumps for German and American cars in three tiers: genuine, OEM and trusted aftermarket. Send your VIN on WhatsApp and we'll tell you what's available.
How long does the repair take?
Most jobs are same-day. An air spring or compressor takes two to four hours. Jobs needing a part we don't stock can take one to three days.
Is repair better than replacement?
If the internal damper is healthy and the fault is the air spring or a valve, repair saves you a significant amount and lasts close to new. If the damper is leaking oil, replacement is the correct answer — and we will tell you that straight.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — a written warranty on labour and on parts we supply, covering the same fault in the same location. The period depends on the part and is written on your invoice.
My car won't rise at all. Can I drive it in?
We don't recommend it — driving on a collapsed air system damages the springs and the body. Message us on WhatsApp with a video of the car and we'll arrange recovery.
Which brands do you work on?
Our core specialisation is German and American: Range Rover, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, Lexus, Yukon, Tahoe and Cadillac Escalade.
Need your car looked at?
Send us the make, model and a description of the problem on WhatsApp — with a photo or video if you can — and we'll come back with an initial read and a time.
