Diagnostics & Module Programming
A cheap code reader gives you a fault number. That isn't a diagnosis — it's a starting point. Proper diagnostics means reading every control module, reviewing live data while the engine runs, and comparing readings against factory reference values. That is what we do, and you leave with a written report.

A full scan covers
We don't stop at the engine module — we read every module, because many faults surface in one unit and originate in another.
- Codes from all modules (engine, transmission, suspension, ABS, body electrics, airbags)
- Live data during idle and during a road test
- Actuator tests to confirm each component responds
- Engine and transmission adaptation values
- Written fault report with faults ranked by priority
Programming & coding
Any electronic part fitted has to be programmed and matched to the car. We handle:
- Programming new and replacement control modules
- Component coding and feature activation
- Module software updates
- Ride-height sensor, camera and radar calibration
- Service indicator resets
- Clearing historic codes after the actual repair
The tools we use
Brand-specific diagnostic platforms rather than one generic scanner: Mercedes, BMW, VW/Audi and Jaguar Land Rover systems, plus multi-brand tools for American vehicles.
By your car's brand
Every brand has a different system and failure pattern. Pick yours for brand-specific detail:
From inspection to handover
Full scan
Every module, not just the engine.
Live data analysis
Readings compared against factory values.
Written report
Faults ranked by priority and cost.
Execution
Repair or programming as required.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does a diagnostic scan cost?
Inspection here is free: we scan every module and explain the result, then you decide.
My check engine light is on — is it serious?
Not necessarily. It triggers for something as minor as a loose fuel cap or as serious as an emissions system fault. A scan is the only way to tell the difference.
Can you program a new dealer module?
Yes, we program and code most modules on German cars. A few protected modules need factory licensing — we tell you that upfront rather than trying and failing.
Need your car looked at?
Send us the make, model and a description of the problem on WhatsApp — with a photo or video if you can — and we'll come back with an initial read and a time.
